The original Aero Precision APRH100597C threaded bolt catch pin is designed specifically for the Aero Precision M4E1 lower receiver. Unlike the conventional roll pin, it features a practical threaded design that significantly simplifies installation and removal of the bolt catch without risk of damage to the receiver.

The pin is made of stainless steel and is installed using an Allen key. The design is intended exclusively for M4E1 platforms with a threaded bolt catch pin hole and is not compatible with standard AR-15 lower receivers or the M5 platform.
