The Ase Utra DUAL-S GEN2 series suppressor is an upgraded variant of the previous generation.

DUAL G2 suppressor features:
• improved bullet stabilization, minimizes POI (Point of Impact) shift
• front strike bezel for glass breaking
• improved sound attenuation
• external dimensions identical to GEN1
• flash suppression effect equal or better
• structural durability equal or greater

Ase Utra DUAL (G1/G2) series suppressors use flow-through technology, also known as forced purge. They are therefore intended primarily for use on semi-automatic firearms, as they significantly reduce the so-called back pressure on the moving mechanisms of the firearm and thus, unlike conventionally constructed suppressors, do not increase the speed of movement and therefore the stress and wear on these components. Likewise, this solution reduces fouling of firearms by combustion residues and the unpleasant effect on the shooter.

Ase Utra DUAL suppressors have undergone rigorous testing on military, fully automatic weapons including machine guns (e.g. MINIMI 5.56 and 7.62 machine guns) and are therefore an absolutely top-tier choice for civilian semi-automatic rifle owners as well. These suppressors have repeatedly passed tests according to the US SOCOM methodology (SOCOM stress test cycles).

DUAL suppressors are installed on firearms via the BoreLock mounting interface. Various muzzle devices are offered with this interface for the most common muzzle thread variants on current semi-automatic firearms:

• Flash Hider BoreLock Bird Cage - M15x1
• Flash Hider BoreLock Bird Cage - 1/2" x 28
• Muzzle Brake BoreLock - 1/2" - 28

Note – the standard Hiper muzzle device is not compatible with the short version of the DUAL suppressor.
