MOD1 - T1, carbine length (BUFFER) (weight = approximately 133 g)

• Reduces perceived recoil without compromising reliability

• Provides more consistent bolt velocity, which can improve accuracy and reliability compared to a standard carbine system

• Increased internal weight movement reduces bolt bounce

• Uses an M16A4 rifle spring, which has more coils than the M4 carbine spring, increasing consistency and expanding the operating range

• Internal spring dampens the noise of the moving weight and ensures consistent weight positioning

• Manufactured from 7075T6 aluminum with hard anodizing for long service life. Comprised of mil-spec components

The MK2 MOD 1 buffer series is INTENDED FOR USE WITH THE AR15 PLATFORM ONLY and FUNCTIONS ONLY in conjunction with the BCM MK2 receiver extension (part number BCM-MK2-RE) and the Mil-Spec M16 rifle action spring (part number BCM SPRING-RIFLE-M16-ACTION). Use of any other components not expressly designed to work with the MK2 MOD1 buffer may damage the firearm and potentially injure the shooter.
