BoreTech BSTX-6600-00 is a genuine replaceable adapter (tip) for Bore Stix Proof-Positive cleaning rods, designed for calibers 6 mm to .270 / 7 mm. It serves as the connecting and working end piece that allows the use of jags, brushes, and other accessories within the BoreTech system.

The adapter is part of the Proof-Positive system, which is designed to eliminate false copper readings when using copper solvents – unlike brass adapters, it does not transfer misleading discoloration to the patch.

The design is built as an easily replaceable part with an 8/32" thread that screws into the body of the cleaning rod. This allows quick switching between different accessories without the need for additional reducers.
