The Magpul Tejas Gun Belt – "El Original" is engineered with the same ingenuity and reliability you'll find in our technical gear. This means it can handle even the most demanding use while maintaining an elegant appearance.

It provides the rigidity needed for carrying a firearm while still offering the comfort of a traditional belt. It delivers performance without stretching or sagging.

In the updated 2020 version, the "El Original" is made from 100% North American cowhide. It is firm, durable, and reinforced with a supportive layer of flexible polymer, making it robust gear that doesn't sacrifice the comfort of a classic belt.

It is 1.5 inches (approx. 3.8 cm) wide and 1/4 inch (approx. 6.4 mm) thick, so it fits comfortably through most pants loops and holsters. The "El Original" belt now features a low-profile buckle that is easily removable. This buckle sits close to the waist and reduces the visibility of the firearm under clothing.

DURABLE CONSTRUCTION
  • The top layer of natural, full-grain cowhide is backed by a supportive yet flexible polymer reinforcement.
  • 100% North American cowhide.
  • Eight holes spaced 3/4" (approx. 1.9 cm) apart offer a wide yet precise range of adjustment.
  • Width 1.5" (approx. 3.8 cm) and thickness 1/4" (approx. 6.4 mm) – suitable for most belt loops and holsters.

REDESIGNED BUCKLE

  • The newly designed buckle has a lower profile and provides greater wearing comfort.
