Geissele 05-313S is an ambidextrous charging handle (Super Charging Handle – SCH) designed for the AR-15 / M4 platform in 5.56 NATO. The DDC (Desert Dirt Color – tan) variant features hard anodizing that increases surface wear resistance and gives it the characteristic sand-colored finish.

Compared to standard charging handles, the SCH offers:

• significantly more robust and wider latches for a secure grip even with gloves
• improved ergonomics for rapid manipulation
• a design focused on durability when used with a suppressor (reducing gas blowback into the shooter's face)

The body is machined from aerospace-grade 7075-T6 aluminum, providing high strength at low weight and long service life even under intensive use.
