The LRP-07™ model was designed as a .308 platform to address the shortcomings of existing rifles while still handling like an AR-15. Built from billet with an emphasis on the cosmetic perfection found in our CTR/SCR design, this rifle features a left-side folding charging handle that provides additional leverage for easy charging or unloading of the firearm. The recoil of the LRP-07™ is also impressive, as it was engineered from the magazine well up to accommodate our Low Mass Operating System (LMOS™). The LRP is equipped with the MK III handguard protection system and utilizes our standard 2" diameter tube (instead of the larger tubes common on .308 platforms) surrounding the JP Supermatch™ barrel available in lengths from 16" to 22". Once you get it in your hands, you'll find the LRP-07™ is the best rifle in its class – exactly what you'd expect from JP.
