This lightweight barrel for AR-type PCC rifles consists of two main components – an inner 5.5" (14 cm) steel barrel chambered in 9x19mm and an outer 16" (41 cm) aluminum sleeve, which significantly reduces the overall barrel weight and shifts the center of gravity markedly toward the receiver. Weighing just over 280 grams, you'll transition between targets with ease, speed, and precision. As with all JP Rifles products, uncompromising manufacturing accuracy, minimal tolerances, and the highest quality materials are emphasized – the main barrel section is made from 416R stainless steel. The barrel profile also includes a port for easy cleaning of the steel section's muzzle end. The cover for this port is removable to prevent unintended interaction with the barrel nut.
