Product Description

Lancer designed this lightweight carbon fiber handguard as a direct replacement for the HK® OEM handguard. This product reduces weight by nearly 25%. The use of layered carbon fiber resists the heat generated during rapid fire with small-caliber rounds, which would otherwise be problematic. The cooling vents are M-Lok compatible and are used not only for mounting accessories, but primarily for barrel cooling.

The Lancer 416 carbon fiber handguard requires no modifications to the firearm, and reinstalling the original handguard returns the weapon to its factory configuration. The handguard is free floating. The hybrid design incorporates an aluminum rail with a front nut for sights and accessories. This rail is aligned with the upper receiver of the 416.
