Magpul STR (Storage/Type Restricted) Carbine Stock – Mil-Spec is a replacement stock for AR15/M4 carbines using Mil-Spec diameter telescoping tubes. It is an enhanced version of the CTR stock with built-in storage. The STR stock offers improved cheek weld and two waterproof battery storage tubes, all in a compact, reinforced polymer A-frame design.

The covered locking lever and additional friction lock system prevent unintended movement and minimize stock wobble for greater stability and shooting accuracy. The STR stock features two integrated sling loops, an ambidextrous QD sling attachment point for quick-detach slings, and a replaceable 0.30" rubber buttpad that provides reliable shoulder support and prevents slipping even when used with ballistic protection or modular equipment.

MULTI-PURPOSE AR STOCK Fits Mil-Spec carbine-length tubes from manufacturers such as Colt, Armalite, S&W, LMT, and others
WATERPROOF STORAGE Two waterproof battery storage tubes located on the left and right sides. Each tube holds up to two CR123A lithium or AA batteries. The tubes are accessible from the rear in any stock position via a hand-removable rubber plug.
COVERED LOCKING LEVER Prevents snagging and unintended actuation. An additional friction lock minimizes wobble that negatively affects accuracy.
OPTIMAL COMBINATION OF CHEEK WELD AND COMFORT The angled cheekpiece combines a slim profile with user comfort.
