The Model 1 features, among other things, a lower receiver designated A-DAC, Ambidextrous Dual-Action Control, meaning ambidextrous dual-action control. This is a system that links the magazine release and the bolt catch. With a single button – the magazine release – you also have the ability to lock the bolt in the rear position, which can be useful, for example, during a "double-feed" malfunction, whose clearance and return to a ready-to-fire state this A-DAC system significantly speeds up.
