• Durability and robustness - protects the rifle scope from the negative effects of heavy recoil and rough handling of the firearm. The sniper's rifle and the observer's assault rifle can be fitted with the same mount, allowing the same additional equipment and accessories to be attached. The contact surfaces are grooved on the inside, which significantly improves the grip on the optics or the use of underlining tape. The entire mount is machined from a single piece of high-quality aerospace aluminum 7075 T651.
• Scope rotation - a simple but highly effective mechanism that helps you correctly align the scope relative to the mount. This is extremely important especially for shooting at distances exceeding 200m. If the reticle is not in axis with the firearm, significant deviations and inaccuracies occur in shooting and use of the reticle. With this system, you can align the scope during mounting easily and precisely. (without the use of any levels or gyroscopes)
  
• Universal accessory attachment - Spuhr uses a highly universal system for attaching additional accessories, which allows mounting extra accessories directly to the optics, so the center of gravity of the firearm does not shift forward, which would otherwise reduce the maneuverability of the firearm. A wide range of mounts for collimators, lasers, flashlights, NV / Thermal etc. is available.
• Cant - allows the shooter to mount the scope so that it is already at a certain angle relative to the firearm, giving a greater elevation adjustment range that is no longer 50/50 but, depending on the correction range and cant (-X MOA), for example 30/70. This allows the shooter to use the optics at distances where they would otherwise already need to make corrections using the reticle as well. Various degrees of cant are available and are always visible on the side of the mount, so they are "identifiable" even without removing the mount from the firearm.
• Rings at 45 degrees - give the shooter better access to the adjustment turrets and parallax, as they do not obstruct viewing at important points. This design also allows better attachment of additional accessories than standard mounts. Another advantage is the flat top of the mount, which also aids in quickly checking the cant of the firearm. This is not possible with half-round rings.
• Accessory mounting - Spuhr has a highly universal system for connecting various accessories: ACI (ADI), backup sights, laser designators, add-on collimators, NV / Thermal, and since the accessories are attached directly to the scope, any removal and re-attachment is performed as a unit that therefore does not shift relative to itself. The standard range of accessories is very broad, but custom accessories can also be made to the customer's (or unit's) requirements.
• Built-in bubble level - used for checking the firearm and its lateral cant, it is a very practical tool and unlike flip-up levels, you will never forget to flip it out even during quick use, because it is always clearly visible.
