Detailed product description

• QDP - Finally a mount from Spuhr with quick-release, allowing you to swap different mounts on one rifle (e.g. a riflescope and night vision), or move one riflescope between multiple rifles. The mount features a level and very high-quality waxed screws. The quick-release levers have a safety lock so they won't accidentally open.
• Durability and robustness - protects the riflescope from the negative effects of heavy recoil and rough handling of the firearm. A sniper's rifle and an observer's assault rifle can be fitted with identical mounts, allowing the same additional equipment and accessories to be used on both. The contact surfaces are knurled on the inside, which significantly improves the grip on the optics or any underlayment. The entire mount is machined from a single piece of high-quality 7075 T651 aircraft-grade aluminum.
• Riflescope rotation - a simple but highly effective mechanism helps you correctly align the riflescope relative to the mount. This is especially important for shooting at distances exceeding 200 m. If the reticle is not aligned with the axis of the firearm, significant deviations and inaccuracies occur in shooting and use of the reticle. With this system, you can align the riflescope during mounting easily and precisely (without the use of any levels or gyroscopes).
  
• Universal accessory attachment - Spuhr uses a highly universal system for attaching additional accessories, which allows extra accessories to be mounted directly onto the optics, so the center of gravity of the firearm does not shift forward, which would otherwise reduce the maneuverability of the firearm. A wide range of mounts for red dots, lasers, flashlights, NV / Thermal etc. is available.
• Cant - allows the shooter to mount the riflescope at a certain angle relative to the firearm, giving them a greater adjustment range that is no longer 50/50 but, depending on the correction range and cant (-X MOA), perhaps 30/70. This allows the shooter to use the optics at distances where they would otherwise already need to make corrections using the reticle. Various degrees of cant are available and are always visible on the side of the mount, making them "detectable" even without removing the mount from the firearm.
• 45-degree rings - give the shooter better access to the turrets and parallax adjustment, as they do not obstruct viewing at critical points. This design also allows for better attachment of additional accessories than standard mounts. Another advantage is the flat top of the mount, which also helps with quickly checking the cant of the firearm. This is not possible with half-round rings.
• Accessory mounting - Spuhr has a highly universal system for attaching various accessories: ACI (ADI), backup iron sights, laser designators, add-on red dots, NV / Thermal, and since the accessories are attached directly to the riflescope, any removal and re-attachment is performed as a single unit that therefore does not shift relative to itself. The standard range of accessories is very broad, but custom accessories can also be made to the customer's (or unit's) specifications.
• Built-in level - used for checking the firearm and its lateral cant, it is a very practical tool and, unlike flip-out levels, you will never forget to flip it out even during rapid use, because it is always clearly visible.
