• Durability and robustness - protects the riflescope from the negative effects of heavy recoil and rough handling of the weapon. A sniper's rifle and an observer's assault rifle can be fitted with the same mount, allowing the same additional equipment and accessories to be used. The contact surfaces are grooved on the inside, which significantly improves the grip on the optic or the application of lapping tape. The entire mount is machined from a single piece of high-quality 7075 T651 aerospace-grade aluminum.
• Riflescope rotation - a simple but highly effective mechanism that helps you correctly align the riflescope relative to the mount. This is extremely important especially for shooting at distances exceeding 200m. If the reticle is not aligned with the axis of the rifle, significant deviations and inaccuracies in shooting and use of the reticle will occur. With this system you can align the riflescope during mounting easily and precisely. (without the use of any levels or gyroscopes)
  
• Universal accessory attachment - Spuhr uses a highly universal system for attaching additional accessories, which allows mounting of additional accessories directly onto the optic, so the weapon's center of gravity does not shift forward, which would reduce the maneuverability of the weapon. A wide range of mounts for red dot sights, lasers, flashlights, NV / Thermal etc. is available.
• Cant / MOA offset - allows the shooter to mount the riflescope at a certain angle relative to the rifle, giving them a greater elevation adjustment range that is no longer 50/50 but, depending on the correction range and cant (-X MOA), for example 30/70. This allows the shooter to use the optic at distances where they would otherwise already need to apply corrections using the reticle itself. Various cant values are available and are always visible on the side of the mount, so they are "identifiable" even without removing the mount from the rifle.
• Rings at 45 degrees - give the shooter better access to the turrets and parallax adjustment, as they do not obstruct observation at important points. This design also allows for better attachment of additional accessories than standard mounts. Another advantage is the flat top of the mount, which also aids in quickly checking the cant of the rifle. This is not possible with semi-circular rings.
• Accessory mounting - Spuhr has a highly universal system for attaching various accessories: ACI (ADI), backup sights, laser aiming devices, add-on red dot sights, NV / Thermal, and because the accessories are attached directly to the riflescope, any removal and reinstallation is performed on the unit as a whole, which therefore does not shift relative to itself. The standard accessory range is very wide, but custom accessories can also be created according to customer (or unit) requirements.
• Built-in level - used for checking the rifle and its lateral cant, it is a very practical tool and unlike flip-out levels, you will never forget to flip it out even during rapid use, because it is always clearly visible.
