• Durability and robustness - protects the scope from the negative effects of heavy recoil and rough handling of the firearm. A sniper's rifle and a spotter's assault rifle can be fitted with the same mount, allowing the same additional equipment and accessories to be attached. The contact surfaces are serrated on the inside, which significantly improves the grip on the optic or the application of lapping compound. The entire mount is machined from a single piece of high-quality 7075 T651 aircraft-grade aluminum.
• Scope rotation - a simple yet completely effective mechanism that helps you correctly align the scope relative to the mount. This is especially important for shooting at distances exceeding 200m. If the reticle is not aligned with the axis of the firearm, significant deviations and inaccuracies in shooting and use of the reticle will occur. With this system, you can easily and precisely level the scope during mounting (without the use of any levels or gyroscopes).
  
• Universal accessory attachment - Spuhr uses a highly universal accessory attachment system that allows additional accessories to be mounted directly onto the optic, keeping the center of gravity of the firearm from shifting forward and impairing maneuverability. A wide range of mounts for red dots, lasers, flashlights, NV / thermal, etc. is available.
• Cant - allows the shooter to mount the scope at a predetermined angle relative to the firearm, giving them a greater range of elevation adjustment that is no longer 50/50 but, depending on the correction range and cant (-X MOA), can be something like 30/70. This allows the shooter to use the optic at distances where they would otherwise already need to apply corrections using the reticle itself. Various cant values are available and are always visible on the side of the mount, making them "identifiable" even without removing the mount from the firearm.
• Rings at 45 degrees - give the shooter better access to the adjustment turrets and parallax, as they do not obstruct the view at critical points. This design also allows better attachment of additional accessories than standard mounts. Another advantage is the flat top of the mount, which also aids in quickly checking the cant of the firearm. This is not possible with round-top rings.
• Accessory mounting - Spuhr has a highly universal system for attaching various accessories: ACI (ADI), backup iron sights, laser aiming devices, additional red dots, NV / thermal optics, and since the accessories are attached directly to the scope, any removal and re-attachment is performed as a single unit that therefore does not shift relative to itself. The standard accessory range is very extensive, but custom accessories can also be made to the customer's (or unit's) specifications.
• Built-in level - used for checking the firearm and its lateral cant, it is a very practical tool and, unlike flip-out levels, you will never forget to flip it out even during quick use, because it is always clearly in view.
