Detailed product description

• Durability and robustness - protects the riflescope from the negative effects of heavy recoil and rough weapon handling. A sniper rifle and an observer's assault rifle can be fitted with the same mount, allowing identical accessories and attachments to be used. The contact surfaces are serrated on the inside, which significantly improves the grip on the optic or the adhesion of any underlayment. The entire mount is machined from a single piece of high-quality 7075 T651 aircraft-grade aluminum.
• Scope rotation - a simple but highly effective mechanism that helps you correctly align the riflescope relative to the mount. This is especially important for shooting at distances exceeding 200 m. If the reticle is not in line with the weapon's axis, significant deviations and inaccuracies occur when shooting and using the reticle. With this system, you can easily and precisely level the scope during mounting (without the use of any levels or gyroscopes).
  
• Universal accessory attachment - Spuhr uses a highly universal accessory attachment system that allows additional accessories to be mounted directly to the optic, keeping the weapon's center of gravity from shifting forward, which would otherwise reduce maneuverability. A wide range of mounts is available for red dots, lasers, flashlights, NV/Thermal, etc.
• Cant (inclination) - allows the shooter to mount the riflescope at a predetermined angle relative to the weapon, providing a larger adjustment range that is not 50/50 but, depending on the correction range and cant (-X MOA), may be 30/70. This allows the shooter to use the optic at distances where they would otherwise have to make corrections using the reticle itself. Various cant values are available and are always visible on the side of the mount, making them identifiable even without removing the mount from the weapon.
• Rings at 45 degrees - allow the shooter better access to adjustment turrets and the parallax control, as they do not obstruct the view at critical points. This design also allows better attachment of additional accessories than standard mounts. Another advantage is the flat top of the mount, which also helps for quick weapon cant checks. This is not possible with round-top rings.
• Accessory mounting - Spuhr has a highly universal system for attaching various accessories: ACI (ADI), backup iron sights, laser aiming devices, supplemental red dots, NV/Thermal optics – and since the accessories are attached directly to the riflescope, any removal and reinstallation is performed on an assembly that does not shift relative to itself. The standard accessory range is very broad, but custom accessories can also be created to the customer's (or unit's) specifications.
• Built-in bubble level - used to check the weapon's lateral cant, it is a very practical tool and, unlike flip-out levels, you will never forget to deploy it during rapid use, because it is always clearly visible.
